Nebrodini

Nebrodini, Pleurotus nebrodeniensis is a large native Oyster of Europe. This mushroom is massive. Its similar to King Trumpet in some regards, however it maintains a traditional Oyster shape. It has a firm but much softer texture than a King Trumpet with none of the grainy texture associated with it cousin. This mushroom has a lovely aroma that can almost be described as floral, with a soft and pleasant flavor. This mushroom is a meat, with no discard able portions. Even the stem is soft and tasty. One of the rarest and best tasting Oysters on the Market.
