Oyster Mushroom 3 Lbs. Case

Oyster Mushroom, Pleurotus spp. is one of the more commonly cultivated mushroom varieties. This mushroom is very similar to the common tree Oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus) found in Pennsylvania fall through spring. We carry seasonal variants with beautiful colors ranging from Pink, to White and Blue all with a meaty texture but some lack the anise aroma that is common in the local summer species. All of the Oyster that we carry is cultivated in house, or otherwise hyper-locally by our associated small farms in SWPA. This allows us to maintain strict quality controls while supporting the local economy.
